Vice President Commercial Lending Officer
In order to support its continuing growth, Country Bank in Ware, MA is looking for a dynamic sales and credit professional with an active portfolio of Commercial Real Estate and C & I in the Worcester area. The individual will be responsible for managing and growing a commercial lending portfolio under the supervision of the Bank’s Senior Lender. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in commercial lending, formal credit training, and the ability to meet sales goals, cultivate new business and maintain existing business relationships. Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to cross-sell other Bank products are a must. This individual will work closely with internal partners to generate internal referrals as well as develop an external network of centers of influence.
