We value you as a customer and are continually assessing our existing processes and systems to ensure the best user-experience.  We are pleased to announce that we will soon be upgrading certain ATMs within our branch network.  Our new ATMs will allow us the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to you as part of our continuous commitment to remain on the cutting edge of banking technology.

Below you will find more information on the ATM upgrade schedule, as well as minor changes to certain ATM functions.

Minor changes:

  • Cards will be inserted differently. Please see the image on the ATM for instructions on how to insert your card.
  • After card insertion, the machine will hold your card until the transaction is complete.
  • Cash and checks can now be inserted together in the same depositor opening. Be sure to press “Continue” on the screen before inserting your cash/checks.
