What do I need to know?

  • Username and Password
  • After the update you will be prompted to enter your username, password and last 4 digits of your social security number as an additional security measure.
  • Once logged in, you can re-establish your biometrics or PIN

Forgot your password?

STEP 1: Click ‘Help’ on the app’s main screen

STEP 2: Select Forgot Password

STEP 3: Enter Account Number, Account type, Last 4 Digits of SSN, and Date of Birth
