Phil is a high energy and versatile financial executive. He has been in the banking industry since 1984 and with Country Bank since 1992. He manages the Commercial Lending team. He is active in the community and serves on the Board of Junior Achievement, The Randall Boys & Girls Club and on the STCC Foundation. In addition, he is an Adjunct professor at the local colleges.

Doug started his banking career in 1994 and has nearly 20 years of progressive experience in Commercial Lending. He joined Country Bank in 2008 with his expertise in complex Commercial Real Estate transactions.
Doug’s education includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and he is also an active Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Doug’s background provides him with the ability to quickly identify and understand business customers’ unique cash flow needs and recommend the best possible financing solutions.
Doug is active in the community; he is a member of the United Way of Pioneer Valley’s Financial Stability Network, and Assistant Coach for the Pioneer Valley Junior Soccer League.

Scott has been in the banking industry since 1987. He started his career as a credit analyst and has experience in loan review, workout, small business lending and middle market commercial lending. Prior to working at Country Bank, Scott worked at Berkshire Bank for approximately two years and TD Bank for eight years.
Scott has a BA in Economics from the College of Wooster. He currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of the Western Massachusetts Tooling and Machining Association which supports precision manufacturing companies and training programs throughout Pioneer Valley. Also, Scott is a big supporter of several charities including the American Red Cross, Jimmy Fund, American Cancer Society and Friends of the Homeless. He is also very active with the Boy Scouts of America and has served as an auction committee member for the annual goods and services auction for more than five years.

Rick started his banking career in 1988 and has been a Commercial Lender for the bulk of his career. He started his career in large institutional banks and soon looked to work at local community banks where decisions are handled locally and you are not just a number, but an actual person. Prior to working at Country Bank, he was employed at a local bank in North Central Connecticut.
Rick joined Country Bank in April of 2012. His expertise is in Commercial Lending for all types of businesses along with Real Estate Lending. Currently, he is a Commercial Lender covering Worcester County, Western Massachusetts and North Central Connecticut. His family owned a business in Chicopee, Massachusetts which helped him understand the needs of business owners. Throughout the years, Rick has volunteered for many Non-Profit Organizations including Rotary International, several Chambers of Commerce in Western Massachusetts and North Central Connecticut, and on the Board of Directors of several Non-Profit Organizations.

Bryan started his banking career in 2006; working specifically with small businesses since 2007. His expertise is Small Business Lending (SBA, MASSCAP).
In 2014, Bryan was inducted into the Assumption College Athletics Hall of Fame. He is an active member in the community and serves as a Board Member of the Quaboag Hills Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Worcester Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce, Member of the North Worcester Business Association, and a Member of the Worcester Young Businessmen's Association.

Darlene started in the banking industry in 1998 at Country Bank. She began her career as a credit analyst before becoming a portfolio manager. She is currently the Senior Portfolio Manager and a Vice President. Darlene has her Master's Degree from Western New England University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking program. She is also a Student Advisor for the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Nichols College, was a recipient of the Forty Under 40 designation in 2014 from Worcester Business Journal, and was a member of Leadership Worcester, Class of 2015-2016. She has over 17 years of experience in banking and joined the Country Bank Commercial Lending Division in 2016.
Jessica is an active participant in the community. She serves on the Community Healthlink board; United Way of Central Massachusetts Women’s Initiative Membership committee; the steering committee for the Worcester Women’s Leadership Conference and is one of the co-founders of the Central Massachusetts Young Professionals Networking Group. She also regularly volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and the United Way of Central Massachusetts.

Celia began her banking career in 2009, and has been in the financial services industry for over 14 years. She joined the Country Bank commercial team in 2014, her area of expertise is in working with small businesses. Celia’s passion is helping them to succeed, whether it is finding the right fit for their lending needs or working with them to support their business banking needs, Celia has it covered.
Celia is active in the Springfield Regional Community and is involved with a number of organizations including: Susan B. Komen – Race for the Cure, Junior Achievement Board of Directors, Rebuilding Springfield, Habitat for Humanity, Springfield Parent Academy, Worthington Soup Kitchen, and Girls Scouts of America.
