For our 175th year, we’re giving back to the community that got us here. We’ve always had a heart for investing in our community, but our 175th anniversary called for something special.

Throughout the year, we’ll be giving 175 gifts to community members, nonprofits, charities, and local folks in need.

Consider it a celebration of appreciation. Thank you for 175 years.

25 pieces of technology (computers, phones, tablets, appliances) recycled safely in partnership with Computer Removal of Worcester in our commitment to sustainability and taking care of our planet.
2 pairs of Boston Red Sox box seat tickets, given to a randomly selected customer and employee who will each get to attend a game this summer!
4 tickets given to family of Mechanics Hall Youth Singers
5 four-packs of tickets to the Worcester EcoTarium to our customers.
2 donations totaling $200k to the Worcester County Food Bank and the Western MA Food Bank.
3 local financial literacy classes taught to children at the Ludlow, Ware and Charlton Public Libraries.
20 tickets to the Spencer Fair given to customers and employees.
14 banking centers visited by Batch Ice Cream to treat our customers for Customer Appreciation Days.
6 MVTS (Most Valuable Teachers) from Massachusetts awarded in partnership with the WooSox Foundation.
5 non-profit leaders from the Massachusetts awarded as WooStars in partnership with the WooSox Foundation and receiving a donation.
5 Credit for Life Fairs serving over 2,000 students in Massachusetts teaching financial literacy to graduating seniors, thanks to the help of over 160 volunteers.
5 Summer concerts in Paxton, Leicester, West Brookfield, Brimfield, and Charlton sponsored by Country Bank.
15 pairs of Springfield Museum Tickets given to customers and employees.
Fifteen $25 Amazon gift cards for back to school supplies given out to customers’ children at our banking center
$4,000 donation to Town of Longmeadow’s public-safety agencies in celebration of our newest location in Longmeadow, Ma
$500 donation to the Worcester Latino Dollar for Scholars program

25 Country Bank employees donated blood to benefit Baystate Health’s Blood donor program.

175 Thanksgiving meals donated to local families in need during Season of Difference, distributed by each of our 15 banking centers.

Country bank is dedicated to donating to local organizations throughout the year, not only through this initiative but as a daily effort to make a difference in the communities we serve. As of December 8th, we have donated $783,845 to 342 organizations!
