As a young lender, my big customer pretended to have also forgotten his passport on our trip with my boss to a processing plant in Canada. Sometimes you have your customer’s back and sometimes they have yours.

Outside of work, I enjoy distance running with friends, motorcycle trips, playing ukulele, drawing and anything my daughter is into. My favorite community tradition for the past 10+ years would be the neighborhood rebuilding projects called GreenNFit, that Revitalize CDC has held in Springfield, Holyoke and Chicopee.

We genuinely are interested and able to customize lending & depository solutions for our clients. While standardization and automation have their place, each business or individual we serve, experiences change, varies in their priorities and is unique.

I have been a commercial banker for 24 years, and love the opportunity to learn new things from my customers and colleagues every day. Some of the most rewarding experiences as a lender have been when a company is going through a financial challenge, many difficult discussions and negotiations are had and you find a path together to solid ground on the other end, knowing that a different group of people might not have made it there.
