I define success as building trust, making a difference, and helping customers feel confident in their financial decisions. It’s not just about completing a transaction; it’s about making sure they feel heard, supported, and that their goals are being met.
One of my favorite community traditions is the West Brookfield Concerts on the Common series. I serve on the Friends of the Bandstand Committee, and it’s something I truly enjoy being part of. It’s rewarding to help carry on such a long-standing tradition that brings the community together through music in such a fun and meaningful way.
What I enjoy most about working with local businesses and individuals is the opportunity to build genuine relationships and be part of their journey. Whether its supporting a new business venture or helping someone navigate a major financial milestone, its rewarding to make a real difference in our community.

I define success in every customer interaction as one that ensures their request are met while fostering strong relationships. These interactions also create opportunities to retain and support future financial needs.
I look forward to participating in events that allow me to engage with my community. For instance, I had the honor to contribute to the St Patricks’ Day Parade and the Asian Festival in Worcester on behalf of Country Bank.

My Motivation stems from the satisfaction of building trust and strong relationships with customers. I embrace having the opportunity to educate customers on our products and services while supporting their need to achieve their long term financial goals.
One of the best piece of advice I’d give someone building their credit is first don’t apply for to many credit cards, and don’t use your credit card unless you already have the money to pay it off. Its easy to get caught up in spending , but keeping the balance low and paying it off on time is key.
