As a local resident, I genuinely enjoy helping individuals and businesses in our community navigate every step of their financial journey.
I truly enjoy helping customers achieve their financial goals. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch them succeed and share in the happiness that comes with reaching those milestones. I have over 30 years experience in the banking industry with over 20 years of management experience.
The best financial advice I ever received was something simple. Each year you are able to get a raise, increase your 401k contribution by 1%.
Community connection is near and dear to my heart. I love being a trustee at the Hitchcock Free Academy, where we provide countless events at no cost of admission all over Brimfield. I am the treasurer for Central Mass Business Connector, and after every Thursday meeting I look forward to getting my Morning Meditation at Sturbridge Coffee House!
My favorite aspect of working with local businesses and individuals is the opportunity it provides to create genuine, long-term relationships, where I can go beyond providing financial services, where I can care about the people behind the businesses and the families behind the accounts.
My motivation for helping customers achieve their financial goals is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives. I take pride in building strong personal relationships. My belief is that when our customers succeed, our entire neighborhood thrives, and I know how important that is to the Brimfield community.
I always believed that word of mouth referrals are the best form of flattery! If I have truly become a trusted advisor to either a business or consumer client, they will always speak well of me to friends, family, or other business owners. The best feeling is when my phone rings unexpectedly and the individual on the other ends explains that they were referred to me from a client I already have a relationship with.
For the last 4 years I have worked with the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation to sponsor families at the holidays. I always request 2-3 families with parent(s) that are currently going through treatment, I work with other local business owners or anyone that wants to donate, and we provide gifts for the holidays.
Do your research and ask a lot of question! Going through a lending process for the first time can be very overwhelming. Start your conversation with a banking/lending professional as early as possible in your process. I would even recommend speaking to someone, close to you, that has gone through a recent lending experience.
