About Me

What’s your proudest moment as a lender?

My proudest moments as a lender isn’t tied to a single transaction – it’s the trust and relationships I’ve built over time. I’m always honored and humbled when customer’s refer their family and friends to me because that means I’ve earned their confidence. But what means the most is when clients come back to me years later because they knew that I truly cared and always had their best interest at heart. I’ve even had customers come into my office just to give me a hug – grateful for the compassion and support I showed during some of their most difficult financial moments. Helping someone keep their home during a time of hardship is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do. To me, that’s what this work is really all about: being there with care, integrity and heart when people need it most.

What is your area of expertise in lending?

With over 25 years of experience in residential lending, my passion lies in guiding individuals and families toward homeownership. What truly motivates me is the opportunity to help my clients overcome financial obstacles and confidently navigate the lending process. Whether you’re a first time homebuyer or a seasoned homeowner, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My goal is to make the process smooth, informed and tailored to your unique needs. My desire is helping each customer achieve their homeownership goals by utilizing my years of experience, guidance and support they need to make informed and empowered decisions on their path to owning a home. My expertise in lending includes working with first-time homebuyers, land loans, construction loans, second homes, and investment properties. I take pride in guiding clients through each unique process with clarity, confidence and personalized support.

Do you enjoy participating in a favorite community event or tradition?

For over 10 years, I’ve had the honor of serving as the Outreach Coordinator for the Salvation Army. It’s incredibly rewarding to support individuals and families in need, and to be part of an organization that brings hope, resources and compassion to our community

What advice would you give someone seeking a loan for the first time?

My advice would be to educate yourself and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Understanding your credit, income and budget is the foundation. Know what you can realistically afford and not just want you think you can afford. Surround yourself with a team you trust, especially a local lender who will take the time to explain the process, review your options and guide you with care. It’s not just about getting approved, it’s about getting into the loan that’s right for you and being prepared for the responsibilities of homeownership. The more informed you are, the more empowered and confident you’ll feel throughout the journey.
