Country Convertible Home Equity Line of Credit

The Country Bank Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) has a variable periodic rate. Home Equity Line of Credit has a maximum Loan-to-Value ratio of 80% with an interest rate based on Prime rate plus a margin of 0%. High Loan-to-Value Home Equity Line of Credit has a minimum Loan-to-Value of 80.01% and a maximum Loan-to-Value ratio of 95% with an interest rate based on Prime rate plus a margin of 1.50%. Prime rate currently 4.250%/APR 4.250%. APR subject to increase to a Maximum of 18% High Loan-to-Value Home Equity Line of Credit has a maximum loan amount of $250,000.00 and is subject to additional credit and underwriting criteria. Hazard insurance is required. Early Termination fee of $500.00 may apply if the Home Equity Line of Credit or High Loan-to-Value Home Equity Line of Credit is closed and discharged within thirty-six (36) months from the date of the Note. For loan requests less than $250,000.00, if the Bank is unable to determine a value using our standard method, you have the option to pay for a full appraisal. The current cost for a full appraisal is $350.00 for a single family property or $550.00 for a 2-4 family property. For loan requests equal to or greater than $250,000.00, the Bank requires a full appraisal be completed on your home to determine the value.
