- SMS operating hours will be conducted Monday – Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pmand Saturday, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm – Eastern Standard Time
- Message & Data Rates
- Message and Data Rates may apply. While the Bank does not charge for text message services, you may incur additional fees from your carrier. Please refer to your plan for more details.
- Security
- The platform used to provide communication and data collection is ISO 27001 and FCC compliant. The Bank will retain conversations for two (2) years from the date of contact.

You acknowledge that they Bank may collect data provided to us through SMS, and that the information may be used to provide customer support and improve our services to you. This information may be furnished as necessary to comply with any laws, regulations, or governmental inquiries. You agree that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and wireless device used to communicate with the Bank via SMS. The Bank reserves the right to terminate this service at any time.
