Country Bank donates $25,000 to the YWCA of Central Massachusetts

Country Bank was recently proud to present the YWCA Central Massachusetts a donation of $25,000 to support the organizations 7.5 million dollar capital campaign. The donation will help with building improvements which will allow them to meet the expanding needs of the community in a more modern and welcoming facility.

“The YWCA Central Massachusetts is extremely grateful for the generous support of Country Bank to help transform the YWCA Headquarters at 1 Salem Square in Worcester to meet the current needs of our participants better, while increasing safety, security, access and a more welcoming inclusive space in the revitalization of our City!” stated Linda Cavaioli, Executive Director at YWCA.

By leveraging the reach, power and passion of their members and supporters, they have created lasting change. The YWCA is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.
