Business Spotlight: Guided Growth Therapy Collective

Supporting Mental Health and Community Growth Across Massachusetts

At Country Bank, we take pride in supporting local businesses that make a meaningful difference in our communities. This month, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on Guided Growth Therapy Collective, a fully telehealth mental health clinic based in Worcester, Massachusetts, founded and led by Pam Daly Jr., LMHC.

Helping Massachusetts Thrive — One Conversation at a Time

Guided Growth Therapy Collective provides individual therapy sessions to clients throughout the state, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). By operating entirely through telehealth, Pam and her team make quality mental health care accessible to clients in every corner of Massachusetts — especially those who might otherwise struggle to find care nearby.

A Journey of Purpose and Compassion

Pam began her own private practice in 2020, and by 2023, she expanded her vision to create Guided Growth Therapy Collective — a group practice built on connection, mentorship, and accessibility.

“I wanted to help people across Massachusetts receive more support for their mental health needs,” Pam shared. “At the same time, I wanted to give new clinicians the opportunity to grow and gain experience outside of the city.”

Having navigated the often-isolating process of becoming a clinician herself, Pam was inspired to create a collaborative and nurturing environment for others. Her goal is twofold: to make therapy more accessible for those who need it, and to empower new clinicians to succeed in a field that can often feel overwhelming.

What Sets Guided Growth Apart

In an industry where many clinicians operate independently, Pam has built a supportive community. Her practice offers mentorship and guidance that go far beyond the clinical work itself.

“Many clinicians are left to figure out insurance, billing, and business operations on their own,” Pam explained. “At Guided Growth, we make sure they’re never alone in that process. We provide the structure, insight, and encouragement they need to focus on what really matters — helping clients heal.”

Pam’s Financial Tip for Fellow Entrepreneurs

Pam encourages other small business owners to take the leap of faith:

“Don’t be afraid to go out on your own. It can feel scary to leave the stability of a big agency, especially when you’re working in a fee-for-service model. But the financial and personal rewards of building something yourself are absolutely worth it.”

Partnering with Country Bank

Pam credits her relationship with Country Bank as an important part of her business journey.

“Country Bank has supported my growth and success by helping me explore new loans and income streams to support my practice. They’ve also helped promote my business, which has been invaluable.”
