Business Spotlight: Restrepo Properties – Building Value in MA

Now headquartered in Sutton, MA, Restrepo Properties has been acquiring, managing, and improving residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Worcester area since 2012.

We caught up with the principals of the company, Wilfer Martinez, Nico Restrepo and Jackson Restrepo, at the ribbon cutting ceremony for their new headquarters on March 13, 2026. Jackson shared what drives his company. “We primarily serve working-class families by providing quality housing, while also supporting small business owners with commercial spaces that help them operate and grow.”

He went on to elaborate that his group’s vision was “to seize meaningful opportunities that would create value for both our lives and those of our business partners.” This vision can be seen in his group’s disciplined approach and investment criteria.

When asked what sets his company apart from others in the property management space, he states that, “We live here, work here, and invest here, so we understand this region, its neighborhoods, and its people better than most.” In an industry where real estate investment and management companies often invest and manage from afar, Jackson says, “We are truly local.”

It’s this hands-on approach that is one of his firm’s hallmarks, visible in how they go about their business. “We manage our own properties, oversee our own investments, and stay directly involved in day-to-day operations,” says Jackson.
