About Me

How long have you been in the banking/lending industry?

With over 30 years of experience in community banking, I have spent the majority of my career on the front line, building strong relationships. I also bring a solid foundation in consumer lending along with experience in small business lending. This knowledge allows me to support individuals and local businesses in reaching their financial goals.

What hobbies or activities do you enjoy outside of work?

Golf is a new passion I have been exploring. It challenges me in all the best ways. It offers opportunities to connect with friends and fellow professionals.

What’s your favorite aspect of working with local businesses or individuals?

Building genuine relationships and getting to know who my customers are, what matters to them, and how a dedicated banking partner can help support and compliment their financial goals. Being a part of my customer’s journey is something I appreciate and value. The friendships and connections made are truly special.

How do you define success when working with customers?

Success looks different for everyone. For me, its about making a real difference, whether that’s helping a customer achieve a financial milestone, being there with guidance when its needed most, or offering support to my customers when they hit financial challenges. There is nothing more meaningful than when a customer trusts me enough to send their children to me for their first car loan. That is success.

I do most of my banking at the Wilbraham branch and love doing my banking with them.
