What motivates you to help customers reach their financial goals?
I enjoy helping businesses navigate their financial options, optimize cash flow, and achieve real growth. I take pride in building relationships based on trust and ensuring my clients have the right financial tools to succeed.
What advice would you give someone seeking a loan for the first time?
Preparation is key. Understand your cash flow, expenses, and current debt obligations as that will be what we look at with you first. Also focus on building a relationship with your banker early, we can share insights on loan options, requirements, and how to strengthen your position.
What hobbies or activities do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of work you will find me, well, outside! My family and I enjoy camping, boating, and nothing beats a day at the beach. Family time is very important to me and I look forward to our adventures.
How do you define success when working with customers?
Success is when my customer achieve their goals with confidence. It’s not just about closing a deal for me, its about ensuring business have the financial foundation to grow. When a customer comes back for additional help or refers someone my way, I know I’ve built the kind of trust that leads to lasting success.
