A Word from Our Customers…

At Country Bank, our customers are at the heart of everything we do– and their stories say it best. Here’s what one satisfied customer had to share about our exceptional service and commitment to making a difference.

“Cameron, Cindy and Kelly were exceptional. I’ve never been welcomed so warmly with kindness, friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency! These same traits I saw in Samantha Squires who is handling my HELOC application. I am happy and hope to be welcomed into the Country Bank family! Thank you Cindy, Cameron, Kelly and Samantha.” ~Uxbridge Customer

1 The advertised Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is effective as of 11/03/2025. A minimum of $10,000 in new money is required to open and earn the advertised APY. New money is defined as money that is currently not on deposit at Country Bank. Fees may reduce earnings on the account. Offer is not available for IRAs or municipalities and may be discontinued at any time.

2The Country Bank Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) has a variable periodic rate based on the current Prime Rate (“Index”) plus a Margin. Prime Rate is published in the Wall Street Journal Consumer Money Rates Table.  Home Equity Lines of Credit with a Loan-to-Value ratio up to 80% will be priced at Prime rate minus 1 %. The maximum loan amount is $250,000.00. Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is subject to increase to a maximum of 18%, and under no circumstances will the rate ever be less than 4.500% per annum. The APR does not include costs other than interest.  Hazard insurance is required. Early Termination fee of $500.00 may apply if the Home Equity Line of Credit is closed and discharged within thirty-six (36) months from the date of the Note. For loan requests less than $250,000.00, if the Bank is unable to determine a value using our standard method, you have the option to pay for a full appraisal. For loan requests equal to or greater than $250,000.00, the Bank requires a full appraisal be completed on your home to determine the value. The current cost for a full appraisal is $475.00 for a single-family property or $575.00 for a 2-4 family property. For loan requests less than $250,000.00, the standard closing and recording costs will be paid by the Bank. You will be responsible for any fee(s) associated with delivering clear, marketable, and insurable title, including but not limited to discharge fees and/or any fees to establish or maintain a Homestead Act. For loan requests equal to or greater than $250,000 or for properties where title will be held in the name of a trust, the Bank requires a full title exam, title policy, and title certification at your expense. You will be responsible for any fee(s) associated with delivering clear, marketable, and insurable title, including but not limited to discharge fees and/or any fees to establish or maintain a Homestead Act. Closing costs will range from $1,763 to $1,945 and will vary based on the line amount requested and the attorney chosen by the Bank to conduct the closing. You may receive, upon request, a good faith itemization of these costs. Maximum LTV is 95%; Minimum credit limit is $15,000.00. You can obtain advances of credit for 120 months (the “Draw Period”), and minimum monthly payments will be equal to the interest that has accrued on your Account as of the closing date of each billing statement. After the Draw Period ends, you must pay the outstanding balance over 180 months (“Repayment Period”). The minimum periodic payment will equal to 1/180 of the outstanding principal balance, plus accrued interest.

Minimum Payment Example: If you made only the minimum monthly payment and took no other credit advances, it would take 25 years to pay off a credit advance of $10,000 at an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 6.500%. During the Draw Period, you would make 120 monthly payments of $54.17. During the Repayment Period, you would make 179 payments varying between $109.73 and $56.16. This would be followed by one final payment of $55.06.

You can convert all or a portion of your balance to a Fixed Rate Term Out Loan during the term of your draw period. A maximum of three (3) Fixed Rate Term Out Loans can be taken. Call us for additional rates and details!

All loan applications are subject to credit approval.

Generally, the refund will be credited to your account within two (2) business days. If the account is closed prior to the refund being credited, the refund is forfeited.
