At Country Bank, we’re not just in the business of banking; we’re in the business of transforming lives. Our unwavering commitment to community development is at the heart of everything we do. By empowering local organizations and enhancing the quality of life in the communities we serve, we drive both economic and social progress.
Our belief is simple: as Country Bank grows, our communities should thrive alongside us. We see every partnership as a chance to amplify positive change. By supporting local non-profits, we’re not just investing in a program; we’re investing in a vision for a brighter, more vibrant community.

We believe that with your support and involvement, we can make our communities better places to live. You are an integral part of this journey.
Our dedication to community involvement extends far beyond financial services. We proudly support local organizations through both volunteer efforts and financial contributions. These include the Worcester County Food Bank, the Food Bank of Western MA, Main South CDC, the YMCA of Greater Springfield, Friends of the Homeless, and Ronald McDonald House, among many others.
We believe your organization was made to make a difference. By supporting you, we’re making our community a better place to live. It’s how we make a difference. Explore our giving policies or request support to build a better future with us!
