About the Game
Country Bank and The WooSox Foundation will bring to Polar Park a century-old tradition when Worcester Police Officers and Worcester Firefighters take the field in the inaugural “Police vs. Fire Baseball Classic,” Monday, September 26, at 6 p.m. Gates open at 4:30 p.m.

The Manny 267 Foundation
The proceeds of the game will go to this foundation that spreads awareness to community, including first responders, on the dangers of drowning and how to swim safely. It was created after two people drowned in Green Hill Pond in Worcester: 14-year-old Troy Love and Officer Enmanuel ‘Manny’ Familia, a first responder who was trying to save him.
