Mobile App Information & Features

Please be sure to update your Country Bank mobile app in the App Store or Google Play if your Apps do not automatically update.

  • You can add bill payees in your mobile app! Just go to ‘Pay Bills’ and click on add a payee. It’s that easy!
  • There are three features in ‘Manage Cards’ that give you the ability to restrict merchants, transaction types and set spending limits per transaction.
    What does this mean? If you click on ‘Merchants’ you will enable the feature for all merchants to be blocked from processing transactions on your debit card.  If you only want to restrict specific merchants, click on ‘Merchants’ and select the merchants that you would like to authorize to process transactions on your debit card. If you wish to disable the feature to restrict merchants, just click on ‘Merchants’ and click on ‘disable merchant controls’ at the top of the screen.
  • You can also temporarily shut off your debit card. Go to Manage cards to shut off your debit card. When you temporarily shut your card off in manage cards, it blocks transactions from posting to your account. If you find your card, you can go back in and turn it back on instantly. If you find that you really did lose your card, call us at 800-322-8233 to report it lost during normal business hours or call 501-246-8497 after normal business hours.

  1. We use 128 layer bit encryption with all of your data (and there’s a lot we do behind the scenes that we can’t tell you about!)
  2. Mobile check deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal
  3. Enroll for eStatements in online banking before accessing them in the mobile app
