Digital Banking UPgrade

Country Bank is excited to announce the launch of our new Online and Mobile Banking applications. You will experience a cleaner, simpler and more secure digital banking platform for all your mobile and online banking needs.

Important Information for Cash Management Customers

ACH Customers:

  • Previously scheduled ACH transactions generated and approved prior to August 25th at 4pm, will process without interruption.
  • Active ACH Payees will be transferred over to your new platform.
  • ACH Templates will not be converted and will need to be recreated as of August 28th.

Wire Customers:

  • Active Wire Payees will be transferred over to the new platform.
  • Wire Templates will not be converted and will need to be recreated as of August 28th.

Bill Payment Customers:

  • Previously scheduled Bill Payments will process without interruption.
  • Bill Payment access will be combined between all users of the business for a comprehensive list of all payees and payments being made.
  • Bill Payments will be immediately deducted from your designated funding account when the payment is scheduled.
  • If sufficient funds are not available in the account, the payment will not be sent until funds can be collected.  
  • Bill Payments sent via electronic transmittal (ACH) may be credited to your payee within one business day.
  • Bill Payments sent via paper check, will not be deducted from your designated funding account until the payee processes the payment.
  • A copy of the check and USPS tracking information can be located under bill payment activity. Check numbers will begin with 40000, for easy distinction between bill pay and your account checks. 
  • Bill Payment history of the last 12-months will be available in the new application.

Please Note: If you are using eBills today, this will have to be re-established.  If you use the eBill feature today to automatically make a payment to the designated payee, this feature is no longer supported. You may set up recurring payments on these payees.

PLEASE NOTE: The online and mobile application will be unavailable on August 25th at 5:00 PM through August 28th at 9:00 AM. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. If you should have any questions in regards to your accounts please contact The Customer Care Center.

The Customer Care Center will be open on Saturday, August 26th from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm and Sunday, August 27th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Banking Centers will be open extended hours on Saturday, August 26th from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. ATMs will also be available to process transactions such as: withdrawals, transfers and balance inquiries.
